They then referred me to a general contractor as well as a cleaning company both of which inspected the damage and provided me with detailed cost estimates pertaining to their respective specialties

While the cleaning estimate has not yet been finalized my contractors estimate to repair my building totaled more than $29,000. I don't know how the insurance company's adjuster missed so much damage, but he did.
